February 2023 – Another RICS Expert Witness is instructed

I instructed Philip Lovegrove of DHKK, another RICS Expert Witness, to conduct a site inspection.

This was probably unneccessary, but as Shepherd Chartered Surveyors had refuted the evidence put forward by Alex Carmichael I thought it would bolster my claim. Philip provided his report that, in short aligned with the views of Alex Carmichael.

Update: 24th June 2023 – I received a telephone call from Thornton’s solicitors advising they represent Shepherd Chartered Surveyors and the remaining story is confidential. I was unaware of this and advised I would remove any mention immediately.
